ONLINE BOOKING

What is does the "Site Lock" button mean?-

  • This function is used for booking a specific site number and does not apply to site type, which is guaranteed when booking. In order to request a specific site, a $25 fee applies upon booking.

  • If you do not pay the lock site fee, your site number COULD be subject to change.

How do I apply a discount code?​-

  • For military or first responder discounts, please see our Rates page for further information. Several restrictions apply.

Arriving & departing

What is check-in and check out time?

Check-in is 2 PM or later. Check-out is 11 AM.

  • Failure to check-out on time will result in late charges. In the event where failure to depart disrupts the arrival of the next guest, the occupying guest can be fined up to $100 as well as the possibility of being towed at owner's expense. 

  • Late check-outs may be accommodated based on availability. Please inquire at office on date of departure for availability.

What if I am going to arrive late?-

  • For those who are arriving after regular business hours, we have a file box titled "Self Check-In" located at the front of the office (on the table to the right of the door). You can find your map using your last name and navigate to your site. You may check in the following day if you have a remaining balance.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?-

  • Beginning in our 2024 Season, all cancellations will incur a fee of $5.00/reservation.

  • Customers may cancel their reservation 48 hours prior to arrival to receive a refund of the deposit amount (with a $5 cancellation fee applied), either over the phone or via the link on the email confirmation received when booking.

  • For Late Cancellations: First night's deposit is forfeited and cancellation fee applied, the remainder of the reservation will be cancelled.

How about departing early?-

  • If you need to depart prior to your scheduled check-out date, you may be eligible  for a partial refund. Please contact us for further information.

People and pets

What if we have more than two adults? What about the kids?-

  • If you have more than 2 adults in your party, this must be indicated on your reservation. A $3 fee applies for each additional guest, beyond 2 adults. Kids always stay for free! (No more than 7 people are permitted on a site by State law and no more than 1 camping unit, including tents!)

Can I bring my pet(s)?-

  • Pets of all kinds are welcome at the park! We do ask that you pick up after them and keep all pets on a 6' leash or less. Pets must NEVER be left unattended in tents within the park. If you are found to be in noncompliance with any of these rules, you may incur up to a $50 fee. 

ABOUT THE PARK

Is there a dump station for guests?

  • Absolutely! We have a dump station available for free to guests ($10 for non-customers). It is located directly across the parking lot by the green fence.

Do you have WiFi?-

  • We do NOT guarantee WiFi to each individual site in the park. However, WiFi is available at the front office 24/7. Additionally, network and password information are posted on the front office window and inside the laundry room. We welcome you to come down to the office and enjoy some fresh air while using your devices!
